This area would contain information that is available for viewing by voting members, including:
- list of voting members
- Foundation Manual
- AGM Minutes
- Financial Statements
Access to this area would be password protected. It may be problematic if each voting member is given a unique password, as a member of the SONFIC Board would be required to keep the passwords up-to-date. If a single password is used for everyone, it is likely that the confidentiality of this area would soon be breached.
Question: At present, how many voting members are there and how often do they change? If the list does not change dramatically each year, my preference would be to issue each voting member a unique password. This would help keep the information confidential and allow us to remove access from former voting members.
